2021-2022 - Locker Request
FHHS students will no longer automatically be assigned an academic locker as typically very few students access a locker during the school day. If you would like to request a locker, please use the QR Code below for the 21-22 school year and we will work on assigning a locker.
The form will:
- Accept requests on or after September 7th, 2021
- Close for requests on September 30th, 2021
If you receive a locker, there will not be any reassignment of lockers due to the social distancing guidelines.
